Our mission

Nobody overflows from an empty cup.

We pour into first-generation college students and aspiring entrepreneurs with access, mentorship, and resources so they and their communities can overflow.

Too many talented students and founders start with nothing in the cup: no family roadmap for college, no network, no one to call when the funding gap shows up. Overflow is the goal. Pouring in is the work.

Two ways we pour in

One for the classroom, one for the business. Both built on access, mentorship, and follow-through.

Pour IntoSCHOLARS

Scholarships for first-generation college students, with the support that helps them stay enrolled and finish strong.

  • Renewable scholarships paid directly to the school

  • Mentors who have walked the first-gen path
  • Check-ins every semester, not just at award time
